Guests: Booking made easy
Find a room to stay in
Use the search page to find a room. Enter the dates your need and browse by availability. Use the the search filters and map to refine your search.
Contact the host
You've seen a room you like, but before booking you need to contact the host with your intended dates and times of visit. The host will respond to confirm the availability of the room.
Book it!
Once you've found your room and received availability confirmation from the host you can book it. Enter your credit card information and click book now! Your room will be reserved
immediately. A deposit is taken to secure your reservation. You will receive an email containing details of your booking.
On arrival at the accomodation you complete the payment for your stay at your chosen room with the accomodation provider.

Take bookings online
Guests can book rooms with you by reserving them online, you can set room availability within
account tools. When a new booking is made you'll receive email notification with contact details and the dates of the reservation.
Guests pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve the room, and this is taken as a service fee by Edinburgh Festival Rooms. You settle the remaining amount for the cost of the stay directly with guests upon their arrival.
